First change the ownership of cafepilot to an admin user. Make it impossible for customers to delete the program

sudo chown -R admin:admin <cafepilot install folder>
sudo chmod -R 775 <cafepilot install folder>

Next, make it impossible for the casual user to terminate programs

sudo chown admin:admin /bin/kill
sudo chmod 774 /bin/kill
sudo chown admin:admin /usr/bin/killall
sudo chmod 774 /usr/bin/killall
sudo chown admin:admin /sbin/killall5
sudo chmod 774 /sbin/killall5

That should do it!
